Your tasks

  • Support of the HR Business Partners with operational and special tasks in the Seat business division in Coburg
  • Optimization and development of standardized templates and analytical tools to support reporting
  • Participation in and support of the annual HR-planning and forecasting process
  • Assistance in the monthly HR reporting process as well as analysis of HR KPIs
  • Support of the performance evaluation process within the performance and talent management
  • Drafting of reporting and presentation documents

Your profile

  • Currently working towards a Business or Economics Degree or similar qualification, with an emphasis on Human Resource Management
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • First practical experiences advantageous
  • Very good English language skills
  • Matriculation over the whole period of the internship
