Logistics Supervisor

- Analyze and optimize material flows, logistics processes and costs from suppliers to shipping
- Ensuring quality, safety and environmental standards to support development of new packaging and improve existing ones
- Develop and maintain packaging norms, SAP data and MTM documentation as well as support the production plan and managing warehouse resources
- Monitoring KPIs, managing human resources (p.e. vacation plan, evaluations, trainings) and creating and maintaining logistics instructions
Your Profile
- Degree in Industrial Engineering
- Logistics experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Experiencie with SAP, MTM, Lean tools and KANBAN
- Advanced language skills in English
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
