- Ensuring the on-schedule design, planning, procurement and commissioning of production facilities.
- Development and evaluation of simple manufacturing and assembly concepts under consideration of the simultaneous engineering principles.
- Development of decision bases for the selection of production sites and for customer offers (e.g. development of FP key figures (Te, Tm, investments and areas).
- Monitoring and ensuring the technical and timely procurement of production/assembly equipment from the supplier in compliance with the specified budget after concept approval.
- Preparation of all necessary documents (e.g. specifications, FMEA, detailed time schedule) for the procurement of complex production and assembly equipment.
- Responsible for on-schedule commissioning at the site and handover to the plant in compliance with the specified and determined planned values.
- Evaluation and implementation of technical changes in customer projects with new technological requirements.
- Further development of existing processes and technologies in the assembly and component area under economic aspects.
Your Profile
- BE/BTech in Mechanical/Industrial or any other equivalent engineering discipline.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge from the field of working time studies.
- FMEA knowledge- MTM basic and standard data training.
- Basic knowledge of project management.
- Basic knowledge of business administration.
