A new chapter, high expectations and exciting opportunities: With the start of the 2026 training year, 66 young talents around the world are beginning their professional careers at Brose. In doing so, they are laying the foundation for their future professional and personal development.

In Germany, the international automotive supplier welcomes a total of 39 apprentices and eight students enrolled in dual study programs at its locations in Coburg, Bamberg/Hallstadt, Würzburg and Berlin. The apprentices are training in five technical occupations and three commercial professions. The dual-study students are pursuing degrees in Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Electrical and Information Engineering, and Embedded Systems. A further 19 young talents are beginning their professional careers in Slovakia and the United States.

Our young talents bring new ideas, curiosity and fresh perspectives. These are exactly the impulses we need to help shape the mobility of tomorrow, emphasizes Michael Stammberger, Head of Vocational Training. We want to support young people on their journey, entrust them with responsibility and prepare them as effectively as possible for their professional future.

Eszter Vámos is starting her apprenticeship as an Electronics Technician for Automation Technology at Brose in Hallstadt.

For the new apprentices and dual-study students, the first day at work is a special milestone as well. "I'm looking forward to getting to know the company, learning new things and gaining practical experience. What excites me most is the opportunity to apply my interest in technology directly in my day-to-day work," says Eszter Vámos, who is starting an apprenticeship as an Electronics technician for automation technology.

Hands-on learning, modern training concepts and international experience are integral parts of vocational training at Brose. From an early stage, apprentices take on responsibility in projects and gain valuable insights into everyday business operations. Currently, seven apprentices are expanding their expertise during international assignments in Sweden and the Czech Republic, where they are also experiencing different ways of working and cultures.

Through its apprenticeship and dual-study programs, the automotive supplier continues to invest in the qualification of young talent and ensures the long-term development of its future specialists and managers. Applications for apprenticeships and dual-study positions starting in 2027 are already open.
