Your Tasks
- Lead, coach, support and develop a team of IT professionals.
- Set priorities, define objectives, and create conditions for team success.
- Work closely with the functional manager and other stakeholders in an international environment.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and contribute to an open, high-performing culture.
Your Profile
- At least 3 years of proven experience leading and developing teams.
- People-focused leader who can motivate, inspire, demand and support others.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience operating within a matrix organization and collaborating across global teams.
- Knowledge of IT services, enterprise applications, or software development environments is an advantage.
