Working at Brose: Quality on the test bench

Alicja Meister’s career at Brose began in Ostrava. Now the Polish native lives in the “Vestestadt” (fortress city) of Coburg. What she appreciates most about Brose are the trust-based working hours (flextime) – which allow her to balance her career and family life with ease.
