Automotive supplier Brose is offering a special event for engineering and business administration students to find out more about the fast-growing family-owned company during the Brose Careers in Motion Days in Bamberg from December 15 to 17, 2008.
The highlight of the event will be a meeting with the two-time German basketball champions Brose Baskets in the Bamberg Jako-Arena, starting with an exclusive training session with the team's head coach Chris Fleming.
In the afternoon, Dirk Bauermann, head coach of the German national basketball team, will give a talk on "team building" and "motivation in professional sports and areas of application in companies." In the evening, all participants are invited to watch a Eurocup match in the Jako-Arena, followed by a joint debriefing with assistant coach Volker Stix.
During the 2-day event, participants will be given the opportunity to find out more about the different ways of joining Brose and the numerous international assignment opportunities and career options offered by Brose as a specialist for mechatronic systems and electric motors for the vehicle body and interior.
The students will be given a comprehensive overview of the company, entry options, its range of products and innovative working environment "Neue Brose Arbeitswelt" in lectures, case studies, hands-on activities and will meet with the company's board members, experts and managerial staff.
Applicants interested in the Brose recruiting event should be on the verge of completing their studies, have good study results and have already gained initial work experience in internships.
The company will reimburse travel costs up to 200 euros and pay for board and lodging as well as for the supporting program.
