According to an independent survey of 7000 young professionals across Germany, conducted by the consultancy firm Universum Communications, Brose is one of the top 100 employers in Germany. The company was able to strengthen its position and improved its overall ranking among engineers, moving up 14 places from the previous year to 75th place.
The results of the survey, which were published in Wirtschaftswoche, the business news magazine, reveal that for these young people, who have been working for between one and eight years, the most popular employers are companies in the automotive industry.
The Universum survey of more than 20,000 students carried out in May 2010 also ranked Brose one of the top 100 employers in Germany among engineering students, a particularly relevant target group for Brose. Here the company was able to defend its previous year’s position, coming 91st.
Both surveys make it clear what qualified young professionals are looking for in an employer: challenging work, secure employment and options for combining professional and personal life. Brose Working World meets these criteria, offering both exciting work with maximum scope for independent action, and innovative company benefits.
