More than 530 companies throughout Germany took part in the company competition “Success factor family 2012” held by the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs. Brose has been nominated for the final round of the 42 best companies in Germany The automotive supplier impressed the jury with its exemplary concepts and programs to reconcile work and family life.

“I am delighted by the great number of participants in the company competition. This demonstrates that more and more companies in Germany are supporting their employees in their endeavor to reconcile work and family life,” says Dr. Kristina Schröder, Federal Minister for Family Affairs.

Together with his team, he is coordinating the application phase: “Naturally, we are delighted to have made the shortlist, considering the large field of contenders and high-caliber competitors.”
