Construction start: Brose in Bamberg

Automotive supplier Brose has started construction work on its new administrative building on the "Breitenau" site in Bamberg. Over the next few months, new offices and staff facilities will be erected for the corporate divisions Purchasing, Information Systems and Central Development. A construction site board set up alongside the "Berliner Ring" shows the new buildings.

The ground-breaking ceremony on the 75,000 square meters of land is scheduled for the end of July and completion of the construction work by the end of 2015. With its new location, the mechatronics specialist will create almost 600 jobs in Bamberg. The company is investing some €50 million in the first stage of construction.
