Learning from each other together

More than 9,000 kilometers separate our three Brazilian locations in Sao-Paulo, Curitiba and Goiana from the Brose headquarters in Coburg. This is a distance that Mariana Farias traveled to look over the shoulders of her colleagues from Central Corporate Communications (ZUK). After all, as assistant to the CEO of Brose Brazil, Mariana is also responsible for all marketing and communications activities on site.

This is an exciting but also challenging task, which she was able to gain new impetus for in Germany. And the colleagues from Coburg were also able to learn from the Brazilian visit. For example, which topics are highly relevant for the Brazilian workforce, which information channels are available in the plants and what special features there are in the media landscape there.

As a family-owned company that is represented in 24 countries, we promote exchange between the sites and thus enable our employees to think outside the box. Mariana shares her impressions of her stay in Germany in the video below.
