- Participation in Q‑Gate meetings with the management team.
- Coordination of quality requirements with the customer.
- Development of advanced quality plans with customers, suppliers, the production plant team, and central departments.
- Creation of quality plans, verification of product manufacturability, collaboration in design activities, and process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
- Design and development of testing devices, coordination of construction, and supervision through completion, ensuring costs remain within the planned budget.
- Quality improvement through continuous product analysis in collaboration with the product team.
- Primary quality interface with the customer during development phases and initial production of new projects.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, VDA, the Brose Product Development Process, and other customer or federal government‑regulated standards.
- Maintenance of internal and customer documentation for quality records.
- Support to the production team in resolving issues related to serial production.
- Design and development of testing devices, coordination of construction, and supervision of implementation.
- Quality improvement through continuous product analysis.
- Primary quality interface with the customer during development and production phases.
Your Profile
- 5 years of experience in similar position or related field.
- Strong ability to present information clearly and effectively.
- English Fluent is mandatory to be considered.
