- Effective communication with suppliers, plants, carriers, and customers.
- Responding to urgent plant requirements and resolving critical situations in the flow of materials.
- Evaluating transportation performance and working closely with the planning team to optimize the process.
- Reporting transportation expenses.
- Supervising the team, and mentoring team members, suppliers, carriers, customers, and plants.
- Developing instructions and work manuals.
- Maintaining SAP information, key user for TM.
- Collaborating on transportation improvement projects.
Your Profile
- 5 years of experience in same position or similar.
- Bachelor's degree: Industrial, Logistics, or related field.
- Knowledge in optimization and route management.
- Experience in Customs Transportation regulations: MX, USA & Canada.
- Experience with SAP (SAP TM expert).
