- Plan the human resources necessary to meet the client's requirements.
- Control and report incidents involving the staff under their charge.
- Monitor and define actions with the support areas to ensure the development of the staff under their charge.
- Lead active participation in improvement projects in the area and savings on the R.A.C.E. platform.
- Manage the execution of preventive maintenance and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
Your Profile
- Industrial Engineer, Mechanical or related.
- Leadership Skills.
- Conversational english.
- 2-3 years of experience in similar position.
