Your Job Specification

  • Responsible for Compliance, Sales, Purchasing, Controlling, Finance and IT Departments
  • Signing authority for company accounts and payment authorizations
  • Deputy of the Managing Director
  • Achieve sustainable business growth within the South African Automotive industry
  • Achieve sustainable business growth within the South African Automotive industry
  • Ensure the companies compliance with all regulations, as well as financial and tax laws
  • Improve the profitability of the company by increased localization and efficient administration

Your Profile

  • Degree in Business Administration / MBA or similar
  • 10 years of experience in the relevant functional areas
  • Excellent negotiating skills with customers and suppliers
  • Broad knowledge of business processes
  • Standards in Finance and Controlling
  • Minimum 3 years of international experience in global acting companies
  • Automotive environment is necessary
  • Knowledge of South African legal requirements and regulations
  • Customer RFQ formats and portals
  • English (Read, write and speak) mandatory, German (Read, write and speak) advantageous
