Spare-parts Administrator (m/f/d)

Your Job Specification

  • Organize line walks with the team (maintenance engineer, maintenance supervisor and industrial engineer) to determine the spare and wear parts needed for the production lines
  • Request the creation of needed spare-parts numbers that are not available into the system
  • Responsible to quote the materials for the spare parts number creation
  • Define the limits and parameters into the system for re-reordering of spare and wear parts according to maintenance cube or similar ABC methodology
  • Request, store and control the inventories of spare parts according to defined limits (minimum / maximum) into the maintenance warehouse
  • Coordinate and realize the cyclic inventories of spare and wear parts to evaluate the reliability of the information available in SAP
  • Review the standard list of parts from the new equipments suppliers before design discussion to optimize the components according to existing stocks in the maintenance warehouse
  • Verify the received materials against the invoices and purchasing orders

Your Profile

  • University degree in business administration / industrial engineering or comparable qualification
  • 3-5 years Work experience
  • Solid knowledge of appropriate procedures for planning and optimizing inventories
  • Knowledge of SAP system (module PM)
  • Advanced PC skills (MS-Office especially MS-Excel, Access)
  • Fluency in English and Serbian
