Brose ranks among top employers

Once again, Brose has ranked among the top employers in Germany. These findings were published in the “Top Employer Automotive 2015” survey conducted by the international Top Employers Institute. As in previous years, the automotive supplier ranked among the top 5 companies studied. Among other things, the survey praised the company for its outstanding working environment and the wide spectrum of creative initiatives it has launched, from recruiting to talent management right through to the corporate culture, all of which benefit the mechatronic specialist’s employees. This is the sixth time in a row the family-owned company has received the award.

Brose also scores quite well on the employer rating portal kununu. The Austrian consulting firm Wietsch & Partner compared the assessments that German car manufacturers and suppliers received on the platform. According to its findings, applicants gave the company a rating of 3.98 (out of 5, with 5 being the best rating). Brose employees gave their employer a score of 3.66. “Fortunately, the reviews from our employees and applicants resemble each other closely. This means: we obviously deliver on our promises,” explains Wolfgang Schlag, Director Internal and External Recruiting. “The importance of Internet ratings portals should not be underestimated: prospective applicants from other regions or abroad in particular use ratings platforms to help form an initial opinion of potential employers.”

The automotive supplier’s progressive HR concepts have received many awards in the past and regularly rank highly in employer surveys.
