Your tasks

  • Ensure proper documentation for all transactions in line with local and internal regulations
  • Scanning and preparation of documents for approval process and bookkeeping
  • Daily bookkeeping of incoming invoices – Accounts payable
  • Administration of Bank payments: preparation, execution and follow-up of payments
  • Responsible for recording, labeling, tracking of fixed assets
  • Preparation and bookkeeping of business trips related daily allowances/per diems, credit cards and expense reporting
  • Maintain foreign exchange rates in SAP
  • Assisting in monthly closings

Your Profile

  • University Diploma (Faculty of Economics or similar area)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Good knowledge within economics, finance and accounting
  • Good command of MS Office
  • SAP knowledge is preferable
  • Fluent English language skills
