Coordinator E-Learning with regional responsibilities (m/f/d)

- global key user for authoring tools and digital learning
- consultation or support of subject matter experts in the didactic and media-didactic presentation of learning content for globally mandatory e-learnings
- didactic and methodological advice to departments in creating globally mandatory e-learnings
- conducting (online) training measures on the use of authoring tools
- quality gate for the publication of learning content regarding compliance with Brose e-learning standards
- handling incidents (error and issues messages) regarding existing authoring tools
- participation in the administration and further development of existing authoring tools
- support in observing and evaluating trends related to "Learning" and "Market development of authoring tools."
- participation in subject-specific projects
Your Profile
- university degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Pedagogy, Media or apprenticeship in Media design or graphic design
- knowledge and experience with methods/ instruments of knowledge transfer
- high affinity to IT applications/ digital processes and solutions
- solid IT skills (Microsoft Office, image and graphics editing programs)
- knowledge of e-learning authoring tools (tts Producer, SimpleShow) and Learning Management Systems (SAP Success Factors) desirable
- knowledge of the conceptualization and production of e-learnings and/ or editorial work desirable
- consulting and communication skills
- structured work approach, Persuasiveness, Intercultural and Change competence
- english language B2+ (daily contact), German language desirable
