Finance Assistant/Accountant - part-time (m/f/d)

- Review and record incoming invoices, reconcile supplier liabilities and creditors
- Review and record outgoing invoices, reconcile customer receivables
- Reconcile and record non-invoiced receipts and technical accounts for deliveries
- Assist in the preparation of VAT returns, summary reports, Intrastat, KSH, and other statutory declarations
- Liaise with external auditors and internal audit teams, providing required documentation
Your Profile
- Degree or diploma in finance/accounting
- Minimum 2 years of relevant financial work experience
- Basic knowledge of English (both written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Advantage - experience in accounting and knowledge of SAP or other invoicing/accounting software
- Part-time (20 hours/week)
