Chief Financial Officer

- Supervise preparation of and analyzing annual budget and business plan of the Brose plants and operations in Asia in accordance with Brose guidelines; Business planning for new facilities.
- Analyze the corporation's monthly reports and supply reports and recommendations to supervisors.
- Direct and analyze studies of general economic, business, taxes, and financial conditions of the region and their impact on the organization's policies and operations.
- Appraise the operations' financial position within Asia and issue periodic reports on operations' financial stability, liquidity, and growth.
- Establish relationships with local tax and financial authorities and institutions.
- Supervise product controllers in terms of new projects in cooperation with controlling departments in Business Divisions.
- Responsible for proper completion of all accounting functions within the office.
- Supervise and optimize the IT infrastructure of all Asian operations in cooperation with the central IT department.
- Co-develop with the regional presidents a regional strategy and support/supervise the implementation. Business planning for new product segments, facilities, etc.
- Provide relevant information and consultation in the field of responsibility and assist in developing and improving company strategy for Asia.
- Assure implementation of Brose guidelines within the Asian locations, liaise between region and central functions in the headquarters in Germany.
- Strong involvement in the Joint Ventures in China representing Brose's interests.
Your Profile
- Master's degree in Business Administration.
- Minimum 10 years as a Commercial Executive, especially in the field of Finance/Controlling and in a leading role.
- Expertise from international/global companies, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of Accounting Principles and a strong Controlling mindset.
- Very good communication skills.
- Intercultural competence (experience in international environment, preferably working in China/Asia or Chinese with extensive experience in working for/in an international company).
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Strategic thinking and entrepreneurship.
- Strong communication skills in a global context.
- Self-motivated and independent.
- High integrity.
