Talent Circle is Brose Group's international training program. The objective of the project is to help develop the managerial potential of talented employees. During this 18-month program, selected employees have the opportunity to visit seminars and workshops focused on managerial, professional and language skills (e.g. time management, leadership, innovation, team-building, etc.). Stress is also placed on international cooperation, and leadership of projects.
Every year, every Brose division nominates a certain number of employees into the Talent Circle program, who must successfully pass a selection process to be admitted to the program.

Goal of the program:
The primary goal of the program is effectively developing the potential of talented employees and their preparation for managerial roles. Amongst other goals is, first and foremost, the motivation of employees and providing them opportunities for professional and personal growth.
The program encompasses:
Training modules focusing on the development of managerial skills,
project management within a team,
excursions to other companies
Program time schedule:
The complete program takes 18 months to complete.
Local talent program participation
Who can take part in the program?
Managers at Brose CZ nominate suitable employees who show significant potential, for example:
- above average work results
- the employee has worked at Brose for at least 1 year
- intermediate proficiency in English or German (level B2)
- ability to motivate and lead a team, excellent communication skills, goal oriented, strategic thinking, presentation skills, organisational abilities, teamwork.
If the selected employee meets the aforementioned criteria, they will take part in the Assessment Centre, competing with other nominated participants for participation in the program.
