Head of HR Location

Your tasks

  • Recruitment activities and mainly responsible for recruitment of leasing/subcontracted workers
  • Investigate and propose HR solutions to the issues related to the labor law
  • Manages objectives and performance evaluation processes
  • Proceed recruiting process, maintain data base of applicants; review application/resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications. Arrange all the interviews for plant
  • Manage Personnel File, administration and maintenance of records and employment file required by law
  • Leasing/subcontract employees management (Attendance, labor issue, complaints management, etc)
  • Manage development process of employees, including mandatory training
  • HC data and cost management and control
  • Manage health and safety issue
  • Any other plant HR & Admin related management

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from 4-year
  • 5 years minimum experience in office administration and human resources
  • Business fluency in English
