Software Engineer - IT Service Management (m/f)

Your tasks

Data analysis and visualisation for IT service management
Creation and customisation of meaningful service
management reports and analyses with Microsoft PowerBI
or SQL Reporting Services (query design) according to
requirements
Design, creation and implementation of service requests
(workflow design / service request creation) and processes
based on low-code / no-code development in the ITSM tool
Design of user-friendly interfaces and layouts (UI design)
for our ITSM application, based on usability principles and best practices.
Working in an international environment with intensive
communication to Indian and German colleagues

Your Profile

Good to very good Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Reporting Services
Experience in the field of data analysis
Knowledge of modelling business processes with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) desirable.
very good technical understanding as well as technical thinking, communicative, team player, proactive approach
initiative, willingness to learn, a quality-oriented approach and customer orientation.
Good to very good knowledge of technical (computer) and IT English
Skills in Ivanti Neurons for ITSM desirable
German language skills advantageous
Having an experience of minimum 3 years
