Michael Stoschek takes over as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Brose SE

Effective 08 July 2024, Dr. Rolf Breidenbach has resigned from his position as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Brose SE. The Supervisory Board of Brose SE has unanimously elected Michael Stoschek, member of the Supervisory Board of Brose SE and shareholder of the Brose Group, as the new Chairman until the end of the current term of office.

The reason for the change was a difference of opinion on the strategic alignment of the company against the background of current market developments.

Maximilian Stoschek will remain Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Brose SE.

Michael Stoschek: I would like to thank Dr. Breidenbach for many years of very successful cooperation as a member of the Advisory Board and Supervisory Board of the Brose Group. I look forward to a constructive collaboration with the Executive Board. Regardless of this development, the transition to the next generation in our family business remains at the top of my agenda.
