Michael Stoschek takes over as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Brose SE

Effective 08 July 2024, Dr. Rolf Breidenbach has resigned from his position as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Brose SE. The Supervisory Board of Brose SE has unanimously elected Michael Stoschek, member of the Supervisory Board of Brose SE and shareholder of the Brose Group, as the new Chairman until the end of the current term of office.

Michael Brandstetter takes over the Brose Business Division Exterior

Michael Brandstetter (50) becomes the new Brose Executive Board Member for the Business Division Exterior. He was appointed by the family company’s Supervisory Board on August 1, 2024.

Mr. Brandstetter takes over for Christof Vollkommer (56), who has asked to dissolve his contract for health reasons and will leave Brose at the end of July. The Supervisory Board and Executive Board very much regret Mr. Vollkommer's decision and thank him for his great personal commitment over the past 41 years. They wish him all the best for his personal and professional future.
