Strong leadership and communication skills, the ability to network and a focus on success – these are the characteristics of our project engineers and project managers. Other requirements include social skills, flexibility and product/automotive experience. Negotiating skills and proficiency in German and English are mandatory in an international environment.

Perfect collaboration: Project managers and project engineers

The success of a project depends heavily on the smooth interaction of team members and the project manager. The project engineer is the project manager’s “right-hand (wo)man” and takes care of all technical issues inside and outside the company. This means the project engineer is responsible for the technical conception and realization of the product and its functionality. He/she coordinates design engineers, test engineers and industrial engineers. The project manager ensures that all activities of the team are focused on the project goal and summarizes the results.
