On December 3, 2021, the "International Day of People with Disabilities", the Taicang Inclusion Factory once again honored Brose's Taicang location for its commitment to the inclusion of people with disabilities. A former employee of the Inclusion Factory was taken on by Brose in a permanent position.
The Taicang Inclusion Factory offers employees with disabilities meaningful employment, high-quality training opportunities and personal development programs. The aim of the project is to integrate people with disabilities as respected members of Chinese society. Brose has been supporting this valuable project in China since 2018.
With success: in April 2021, Peng Xin was taken on by the Inclusion Factory in a permanent position at Brose Taicang. "I was able to learn a lot at the Inclusion Factory, but now I wanted to take the next step. Getting the chance to work for Brose is just amazing for me. The job is challenging, but I give my best every day," explains Peng Xin.
