- Design and develop production equipment using 3D CAD (SolidWorks).
- Prepare technical drawings and documentation.
- Plan and support the launch of new products in production.
- Solve technical and process-related problems during assembly and installation.
- Communicate with suppliers and work closely with internal teams (production, automation, project teams).
- Analyze workstations (MTM), perform risk assessments (FMEA), and evaluate ergonomics.
- Help improve and optimize existing machines and production lines.
- Cooperate with international teams, including headquarters in Germany.
Your Profile
- University degree in mechanical engineering or a similar technical field.
- Suitable for graduates – experience in industry is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of 3D CAD design (SolidWorks preferred).
- Technical thinking and interest in machines and production.
- Communicative level of English (B2).
- MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Advantage: knowledge of MTM, FMEA, or experience with 3D printing.
