Your tasks

  • Promote and manage the IDEAS System of improvement proposals in the plant
  • Provide BPS (Brose Production System) training to all areas of the organization accordingly to the specific requirements of the position or area
  • Coordinate the implementation of internal practices in different areas
  • Coordiante the implementation of projects that generate savings or improvements in the different processes of the company

Your Profile

  • 2-3 years experience in similar position
  • Experience working with Lean Manufacturing tools as: SMED, Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen
  • Fluent English mandatory
