Shift Leader

- Plan and organize production resources (personnel and equipment) to meet the customer demands according to production plan with respect to quality, quantity, scheduling and cost
- Coordinate, document, organize the usage of red rabbits (poke-yoke test), first part release process, SPC measurement, and established requirements from control plans
- Control of the HR remuneration system as well as support the staff in the continuous improvement process (TPM, 5's audits, LPA's, Ideas, etc.)
- Create maintenance notifications in the case of breakdowns as well as maintaining the stock levels for raw materials, wear parts, tools, supplies and work aids
- Arranging / planning major repairs to machines and equipment with service departments, as well as recording and evaluating the causes of failures and taken corrective measures
- Monitor, maintain and control production KPI's (cost, people, quality, delivery) in accordance with established objectives into the production boards or required systems
- Leadership of direct reports, building effective teams, develop motivation and commitment, maintain morale and action all disciplinary issues
- Ensure effective timely reporting and escalation in line with company procedures for safety, quality and downtime related issues
- Ensure that production and company information is communicated effectively to the teams
Your Profile
- IV level of education
- At least 2 years of experience on similar position
- Knowledge of SAP system
- PC skills (MS-Office especially MS-Excel)
- Technical knowledge (mechanics, pneumatics, sensors)
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Good English language skills
