- Planning, execution, analysis, assessment, and documentation of testing activities in the field of electronic control devices in the automotive sector
- Preparation of test plans to ensure the hardware part of electronics, especially tests related to environmental conditions, durability, electrical tests including electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and electrostatic discharge (ESD) resistance
- Execution and support during tests in internal and external laboratories
- Implementation of in-depth failure analyses and proposals for product optimization
- Presentation of testing results internally for approval purposes and externally to the customer
- Creation of special tests and definition of requirements for conceptual test designs to ensure new technology
Your Profile
- Completed university education in electrical engineering or a similar field
- Experience in the field of testing in the automotive industry or in supplier companies for automotive
- Good knowledge of environmental and electronic requirements in the automotive sector
- Professional knowledge of electronic components as well as the use of electronic schematics
- Solution-oriented mindset, proactive and structured working style
- Methodical knowledge in the field of error analysis (Ishikawa, Five Whys)
- Fluent knowledge of English, both spoken and written
