The mathematical-technical software developer is at home in the world of mathematics as well as computer science. Developing logical concepts, writing programs or creating databases - all this is based on designing, implementing and maintaining software. This requires a mathematical knowledge that goes beyond the requirements of an IT specialist, who is much more concerned with hardware.
Training duration: three years
Training locations: Coburg and Hallstadt near Bamberg
Vocational school location: Wiesau
Your apprenticeship contents
- Learning the basics of programming and working on small projects
- Mathematical solution finding of technical problems
- Implementation of the problem solutions through software
- Independent work and collaboration in interdisciplinary project teams
