- Builds and maintains customer’s relationship
Makes outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone, in person, and e-mail to qualify leads and sell products and services
Actively manages with the project team the acquisition phase including kick-off of cross-functional team discussions to gain the necessary inputs for on time quotations while managing import KPI’s
Responsible for department marketing while being acutely aware of the competitive landscape
Support technical and business objectives of prospective customers (ie. Cost Break Down forms)
Provides product demos and technical reviews to qualified customers on request
Emphasizes salable features, quotes prices and credit terms, and prepares sales order documents
Track and monitor change management process and assess impact for customer
Conducts updates within the sales planning tools for respective customers or product segment
Enters new customer data and sales data for current customers into computer database
Your Profile
Bachelor of Business Administration and/or Engineering Degree from four-year college or university
Three years of technical sales experience within the US automotive industry preference
Project management experience
Experience with market analysis and marketing
