Your tasks

  • Prepare quotations based on customer RFQs, with support from other departments if needed
  • Lead acquisition projects according to Brose's policies, ensuring effective team management and minimizing conflicts
  • Initiate and implement activities to improve revenues with related departments
  • Build and maintain reliable and sustainable relationships with customers
  • Prepare and justify sales price proposals, considering market and competitor analysis
  • Present and negotiate quotations within agreed price limits and manage low-complexity customer projects
  • Verify contracts and documents, evaluate deviations, and negotiate with customers
  • Observe, analyze, and evaluate market trends and competitor activities, reflecting findings in annual sales planning

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5 years minimum experience in Automotive industry in sales activity
  • IT knowledge incl. MS Office and SAP
  • English: Business fluency
