Administrative Assistant Development (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Execution of all paperwork such as letters, faxes, minutes, file notes, e-mails and processing of incoming / outgoing mail as well as filing
  • Organisation, preparation and follow-up of meetings and including the necessary documents and the preparation of minutes, independent control and monitoring of follow-up tasks
  • Independent procurement and preparation of documents and data for the information of the superior (preparation of e.g. presentations, handouts, charts, statistics)
  • Travel preparation and follow-up incl. travel expense accounting
  • Support of customers, suppliers and other external visitors (including hotel reservations, preparation and follow-up of meetings, hosting visits).
  • Continuous interdepartmental improvement of the office organization
  • Processing and organization of complex special projects

Your profile

  • 3 years of completed commercial vocational training or comparable training
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience
  • Founded knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • English fluent conversation/correspondence/German basic knowledge)
  • Preferable Basic SAP knowledge
