Your tasks

Train and support Brose personnel in Brose Productivity System implementation
Planning, execution and moderation of workshops and improvement projects
Lead & foster a continuous improvement culture within the plant at all levels that is value stream mapping and lean driven
Train personnel in all aspects of Brose Production System tools (Value Stream Mapping, Standardized Work, Shop Floor Management, 5S, Visual Management etc.)
Ensure proper reporting of Brose Production System KPIs to regional and central functions
Coordinate with other plants to obtain a network for best practice sharing and benchmarking activities
Conduct structured problem solving on the shop floor with shop floor personnel to drive scrap, technical availability, and other issues to meet overall plant targets
Coordinate and network with regional and central functions to obtain global Brose production systems award
Train, coach, and mentor all internal Industrial Engineers in lean methodologies to ensure lowest cost manufacturing and materials concepts are being introduced to the shop floor
