Coordinator HR Survey with regional responsibilities (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • communication, coordination and cooperation with all interfaces of HR surveys (e.g. HR managers HR BPs, HR controlling, managers, process owners and moderators)
  • coordination and administration support function for process surveys, thematic survey and analysis projects (creation, coordination of survey materials and communication materials, results and information materials
  • computer-aided, methodologically unambiguous data analysis with regard to the questions
  • processing, summarizing and communicating the results
  • supporting HR managers and central (HR) functions by providing summarized information
  • coordination of the process of administering and interpreting the results of personality tests (Hogan)
  • part time work

Your Profile

  • degree in psychology (Master of Science or Diploma) or comparable with a focus on personnel psychology, diagnostics and organizational psychology
  • 0-2 years of work experiences
  • basic knowledge of business administration
  • project management basics
  • knowledge and experience of methods/tools of quantitative statistics and/or further education
  • IT skills (Microsoft Office, SAP Success Factors)
  • very good knowledge of computer-aided data collecting, analysis and processing (with RStudio / IBM SPSS-Statistics, with professional survey platforms (inquery survey server) and MS Excel)
  • consulting and communication skills
  • structured work approach, Persuasiveness, Intercultural and Change competence
  • english language B2+ (daily contact), German language desirable
