Customer Quality Engineer

Your tasks

  • Responsible for all customer quality issues to make customers satisfied.
  • Participate in and manage as required all customer-initiated projects/activities
  • Responsible for internal process & product quality to ensure product with good quality.
  • Monitor and report on quality-related key performance indicators (eg PPM, customer ratings) and Brose internal systems
  • Stop production in the event of manufacture of unacceptable goods/processes
  • Support quality assurance in production, ensuring that the quality inspections and the correct recording of nok-parts is done
  • Implementation and execution of corrective actions for deviations (product, process)
  • Initiate safe launch methods for launch protection with customer team in a period of at least 6 months before SOP customers until supply stable series.
  • Undertake special projects/tasks as required

Your Profile

  • Knowledge and application of problem-solving tools and techniques - 8D process, Ishikawa, FMEA etc.
  • Knowledge and application of a range of statistical techniques including SPC
  • Comprehensive knowledge of error prevention and quality planning methods
  • Familiar with customer specific requirement and automotive industry standard
  • Good communication skill
