Your Job Specification
- Accountable for daily service execution in regional BSC and applying of globally aligned BSC methods and processes
- Accountable for setup and maintenance of service delivery infrastructure (office, infrastructure, workforce, processes, documentation)
- Assurance of required competence level in the workforce, incl. hiring and development of employees and team leaders
- Management of risks associated with gaps and misalignments in process or policy
- Accountable for achievement of defined service levels and operational performance targets regarding cost/efficiency, quality, and time
- Accountable for continuous improvement of regional center performance
- Cultivating, maintaining, and enhancing effective relationships with regional corporate functions and regional business division leaders to understand current and future business needs
Your Profile
- Strong background in cross-functional capability development and/or shared services (i.e., consulting or previous leadership position) for a complex organization
- Working knowledge of ERP and related specialty systems, frameworks and functionality
- Advanced knowledge and use of office productivity tools (MS Office & Collaboration tools)
- Interconnected with an outside network for leading practices in the Global Business Services area
- Entrepreneurial and transformational mindset - driven to create and innovate
- Ability to establish and maintain excellent business relationships with internal customers
- Strong communication and people management skills
- Graduate in Management related major
- 8-10 working years
- English: Business fluency
