- Ensure compliance with HSEE regulations
- Educate staff on safety responsibilities
- Drive HSEE initiatives
- Manage risk assessments and mentor new team members
- Implement COSHH awareness programs
- Conduct and coordinate audits
- Maintain and update HSEE documentation
- Provide expert advice on health, safety, and ergonomics
- Inspect facilities and recommend corrective actions
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
- Design and deliver HSEE training programs
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines
Your Profile
- 3-5 years of HSEE experience in manufacturing
- NEBOSH certification
- Experience with ISO 14001, 45001, and 50001 audits
- Proven ability to improve health and safety culture
- Strong multitasking and cross-functional skills
- Dynamic drive in HSE topics
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
