HR Administrator (m/fd)

Your tasks

  • Administrative support to interview scheduling requests (candidates communication, interviews tracking, work in the system, meeting rooms booking, invitations sending, etc.)
  • HR System Work (processing of authoritazions assignments and authorization control in the HR central systems)
  • Administrative tasks towards backoffice agenda and data maintenance according to guidelines and procedures
  • Internal and external communication within departments
  • Gathering and summarizing data for reporting
  • Procedures improvements
  • Work on guidelines and update of processes

Your Profile

  • Advanced English language in both verbal and written form (German as a big advantage)
  • Previous experience in customer service or in administrative position
  • MS Office tool (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Proactive approach
  • Focus on detail
  • Team work
