- Recruitment activities and mainly responsible for recruitment of leasing workers
- Investigate and propose HR solutions to the issues related to the labor law
- Brose internal system management and develop the internal systems and HR policy management
- Manages objectives and performance evaluation processes
- Maintain data base of applicants; review application/resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications. Arrange all the interviews for plant
- Manage Personnel File, administration and maintenance of records and employment file required by law
- Leasing employees management (Attendance, labor issue, complaints management, etc)
- To be responsible for all the files and documents needed for new employee. Arrange new employees on board issues
- Responsible for leasing employees' payroll
- Manage health and safety issue
- Company Vehicle management
- Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation
- Responsible for training management
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from 4-year
- 5 years minimum experience in office administration and human resources
- Business fluency in English
