Your tasks

  • Recruitment activities and mainly responsible for recruitment of leasing workers
  • Investigate and propose HR solutions to the issues related to the labor law
  • Brose internal system management and develop the internal systems and HR policy management
  • Manages objectives and performance evaluation processes
  • Maintain data base of applicants; review application/resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications. Arrange all the interviews for plant
  • Manage Personnel File, administration and maintenance of records and employment file required by law
  • Leasing employees management (Attendance, labor issue, complaints management, etc)
  • To be responsible for all the files and documents needed for new employee. Arrange new employees on board issues
  • Responsible for leasing employees' payroll
  • Manage health and safety issue
  • Company Vehicle management
  • Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation
  • Responsible for training management

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from 4-year
  • 5 years minimum experience in office administration and human resources
  • Business fluency in English
