Industrial Engineer (m/f/d)

Now we are offering in our Hungarian just-in-sequence Plant in Kecskemét the position: Industrial Engineer (m/f/d). Please be aware that fluent Hungarian speaking is a must, and a residence at or near Kecskemét is essential as daily commuting needed as it is an onsite position, and no remote work or permanent home office is possible.Your tasks
- Create standardized work documentation for production equipment and processes
- Manage SAP-based production equipment changes, including basic part data and workflows
- Develop and maintain layouts in consultation with stakeholders
- Define production processes for door system assembly
- Maintain master data, conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and manage change
- Coordinate Brose Production System (BPS) activities, providing expertise in BPS methods and tools
- Drive continuous improvement (CIP & CSS) and implement new tools and methods as needed
- Coordinate the industrialization of new products (master data, layouts, equipment, etc.)
- Transfer knowledge from series production to new projects through "lessons learned" workshops
- Provide technical support for existing assembly equipment, including supplier liaison
- Coordinate GECOS change management within the plant
- Create and update Methods-Time Measurement (MTM) analyses and manning plans
- Apply MTM processes to evaluate target times
Your Profile
- Engineering degree, a completed technical / business university degree, or alternatively, specialized further training and several years of professional experience in the relevant field
- Several years Industrial Engineering / Process Engineering / Manufacturing engineering experience, ideally in the automotive industry
- Excellent MS Office skills, SAP experience
- Independent and proactive working style, high organizational and communication skills
- Intense precision, logical thinking as well as reliability and flexibility
- B category valid driving licence
- Fluent written and spoken English and Hungarian language skills, German skills are a high advantage
