Your tasks

  • Handling of tickets/tasks/service requests within IT ticketing system according to defined Service Level Agreement
  • Serving as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance over telephone, email or face-to-face contact
  • Keeping shop floor systems up to date through operating systems patching/upgrades as well as to perform/manage system backup via standard backup tool/methods
  • Manage security compliance activity in accordance to defined responsibility and requirement
  • Coordinator engineering-related activity according to the requirement from central IT
  • Providing new employee IT training to ensure a smooth onboarding process in the Brose IT standard methods and process, deliver regular and customized training to end users
  • Manage project/activity implementations on end device and manage IT inventories
  • Thinks of innovation, identifies potential opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity

Your Profile

  • Hands-on Experience with Windows10/11
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Server services, AD, DHCP, DNS, etc
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies
  • Familiarity with ITIL-Service management software and ticketing system
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 products (e.g., Outlook, Teams, OneNote)
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills, motivated, eager to learn
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Workable English skills (oral and written)
