Key Account Manager

Your Job Specification
- 1. Knowledge center for strategic customers (customers profile and acquisition chart etc.)
- 2. Develop senior customers relationships
- 3. Deliver customer voice, technology and strategy to Brose organization (customer teams, engineering, quality and top management)
- 4. Arrange top customers meetings and Brose senior visit;
- 5. Aligned customer strategy and common approach among divisional customer teams Organize customer events like auto show, tech-day etc.;
- 6. Coordinate general terms and conditions review for across divisional business;
- 7. Act as “Scout” for customers and competitors intelligence information collection regarding both commercial and technical topics;
- 8. Support planning process especially for strategic Chinese New OEMs and also some others;
- 9. Competition planning (Competitors status);
- 10.MAUS planning ( Car model plan and volume);
- 11.Deal with critical customers claims, incl. additional investment, volume shortfall, airfreight, overdue AR, tooling & EDD collection;
- 12.Customers oriented organization to be fast response on new business opportunities;
- 13.Able to develop new white spot customers and new product BD in existing customers;
- 14.Coordinated customers activities and events as one company
- 15.Monthly strategic key account review between customer teams and key account manager
- 16.On time review with customer teams for strategic customers profile, new platforms/models , new business opportunities and reach alignment “Go or No Go”;
- 17.Present customer strategy/ information competitor intelligence to customer teams on the regular basis e.g. CT management meeting;
- 18.Organize top customers meetings and prepare presentation together with CT
Your Profile
- 1. More than 10 years working experience in automotive industry of which minimum 5 years with Sales and Marketing experience;
- 2. Fluent oral English;
- 3. Customer serving experience of Geely or Li Auto is mandatory;
- 4. Exposure to managing customer relations, good communication skills and negotiation experience;
- 5. Management competence influence and coach people that are not hierarchically reporting;
- 6. Acts entrepreneurially, with strong business sense;
- 7. Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
