Logistics Planner

Use SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Logistics (LO) modules including Sales and Distribution (SD), Production Planning and Control (PP), Materials Management (MM), Warehouse Management (WM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and Controlling (CO), Finance (FI) and Just in Sequence Management (JIS) modules, create, and implement logistics concepts and plans for Just in Time (JIT), Just in Sequence (JIS) and batch transportation and delivery of raw materials and finished goods including (carrier plates, harnesses, screws, Direct Current Units, latches, plastic components) to New Boston Plant. Plan and assure transportation and delivery of finished goods to Brose/Tier I customers and OEM vehicle assembly plants. Support manufacturing processes to ensure lean manufacturing principles and participate in internal and customer audit activities according to automotive ISO 9001 and ISO TS 16949 Quality Manufacturing Systems (QMS) standards.
Your Profile
- Bachelor, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related.
- Thirty-six months’ experience as Logistics Planner, Logistics Engineer, Logistics Coordinator, or related, using Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM) modules, and implementing logistics plans for Just in Time (JIT)/Just in Sequence (JIS) transportation of raw materials and finished goods to plant, or related.
