Maintenance Coordinator

Your tasks

  • Plan and organize maintenance capacity (personnel and equipment) in order to meet customer requirements and LG goals.

  • Monitor and control Maintenance key performance indicators (cost, process, quality, delivery, housekeeping, scrap)

  • Respond to and find solutions to maintenance issues, liaise with other internal departments, ensure no disruptions to customer deliveries.

  • Support in the area of continuous improvement. Actively promote positive work environment by recognizing employee efforts towards continuous improvement.

  • Build effective teams, develop motivation and commitment and maintain morale.

  • Support Company policies, procedures, standardized work, rules and regulations

  • Ensure team members are properly trained, training matrices are 100% up to date

  • Ensure work area is safe, enforce all safety rules and regulations and promote proactive approach to Safety. (Pre-shift inspections).

  • Ensure maintenance of building and grounds

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent professional experience
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Computer skills ( Word/Excel/PowerPoint)

  • Navigation in the Windows/Network environment.

  • SAP

  • PLC Siemens software, ABB Robot.
