Maintenance Coordinator

Plan and organize maintenance capacity (personnel and equipment) in order to meet customer requirements and LG goals.
Monitor and control Maintenance key performance indicators (cost, process, quality, delivery, housekeeping, scrap)
Respond to and find solutions to maintenance issues, liaise with other internal departments, ensure no disruptions to customer deliveries.
Support in the area of continuous improvement. Actively promote positive work environment by recognizing employee efforts towards continuous improvement.
Build effective teams, develop motivation and commitment and maintain morale.
Support Company policies, procedures, standardized work, rules and regulations
Ensure team members are properly trained, training matrices are 100% up to date
Ensure work area is safe, enforce all safety rules and regulations and promote proactive approach to Safety. (Pre-shift inspections).
Ensure maintenance of building and grounds
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent professional experience
- 3-5 years of experience
Computer skills ( Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
Navigation in the Windows/Network environment.
SAP
PLC Siemens software, ABB Robot.
