Plant Controlling Manager

Your tasks

  • Responsible of yearly budget planning processes, ensuring cost drivers are communicated appropriately to all business divisions and central functions in order to obtain approval for New Boston’s Long Term Plan (5+ years)
  • Ensure accurate monthly status reports are presented to the management team that include actual/plan bridge analysis, future plant result development estimates and risk/opportunity assessments
  • Lead monthly target/actual meetings with operations leaders, provide insight into financial performance and drive the implementation of corrective actions when needed
  • Provide insight to interdisciplinary teams to drive cost improvement and project optimization through evaluation of cost benefit analysis and cost efficiency calculations
  • Ensure controlling team accurately evaluates New Boston’s costs and investment requirements
  • Evaluate and create transparent manufacturing cost calculations for product quotes
  • Ensure compliance with internal, external and central guidelines in a timely manner
  • Responsible for controlling team’s performance during month-end and year-end closing activities

Your Profile

  • Minimum requirement BA in Business Administration / Industrial Engineering or equivalent (Finance, Economics, Operations, etc.). Advanced computer knowledge including MS Office and especially MS Excel. Exposure to ERP systems highly recommended.
  • 8-10 years work experience
  • Able to influence and convince key managerial personnel with logical explanation

  • Enjoy to work under pressure and complex situations without compromising quality of work

  • Assertive and inclusive attitude in support of interdisciplinary teamwork

  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and make decisions

  • Possess high organizational and problem solving skills
