- managing the Production Plant and Brose Sitech s.r.o.
- lead plant functions development and realizing Brose Sitech s.r.o projects in field of technologies, process development, ramp ups, design, automation and other plants support
- develop strategic long-term plans to guarantee the success of the plant through the lifetime of the projects
- build an effective management team, lead and motivate employees oriented to target and results
- develop and adapt the company structure and organization in order to respond to changing requirements and to maximize cooperation and performance within the plant
- ensure that plant resources are available to meet on time customer orders in quantities and quality efficient use of materials, machines and employees
- responsible for achieving productivity targets and efficient utilization of plant resources
- consistent observance, optimization and subsequent process development in the plant, taking account of continuous optimization of costs and productivity
- decision-making responsibility for investment, personnel matters and capacity
- face to customer in the plant escalation process regarding quality, delivery and overall performance to ensure a positive relationship to customers
Your Profile
- higher technical education (preferred: production management, production engineering or related)
- several years of professional experience in a comparable position min. 10 years
- min. 3 years of experience in team management
- proficiency in Czech (level C1/C2)
- knowledge of business English (level B2/C1)
- practical knowledge of MS Office package
- experience in project management
- meticulousness in performing duties, ability to work under time pressure
- high level of professional ethics
- goal-oriented communication and negotiation skills
- ability to make quick and accurate business decisions
- proactive approach to problem solving and excellent organizational skills
- cat. B driver's license and readiness for frequent domestic and international business travel
- communicative knowledge of the German language (B1/B2) - advantage
- knowledge of SAP system - advantage
